When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the items in your order, your delivery address and where the item is shipped from (we ship from multiple warehouses, some of them located interstate).
When your order ships we will send you an email with your tracking number (or numbers, if your order shipped in more than one package) and a link to track your order. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping notification email from us within 5 working days of placing your order.
Follow the link in your shipping notification email to access your tracking history: it will give you the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery. We encourage our customers to track their orders in transit: you will know what day your delivery is scheduled when you see the 'On board for delivery today' or 'It's coming today' status. If you have missed your delivery, you will know which post office it is available from and when, so your order has a much lesser chance of being returned to sender for not being collected (smaller post offices can have shorter hold times for parcels).
Please note that delivery estimates displayed during checkout are live estimates provided by Australia Post that don't take into account the processing time before your order is dispatched, and may vary in peak periods.
