I received the wrong item - what do I do?

We rarely get it wrong, but if we did we are very sorry! Please send us an email at customer-service@echolife.com.au or give us a call on 1300 60 11 22.

We'll organise the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible, and will refund your postage costs for sending the wrong item back to us (we aren't able to supply Reply Paid details for each warehouse orders are shipped from).
