Before making a claim
All appliances sold on the Echolife website are genuine, backed by a full manufacturer warranty and supported by a local service centre. You can rest assured we'll do our best to help correct whatever is going wrong.
Before initiating a claim, we encourage you to do a number of things:
- Look through your instruction manual: most manuals contain a section near the end with troubleshooting tips for common issues. If you have misplaced your manual, you can check the page for your product on our website and look under 'Specifications'. If a manual is available for this item, you will find a downloadable version of it under this tab.
- Look through the most common tips we've given customers over the years: we have stocked the majority of our products for many years, we know them well and these are tips we have found can help return your product to good working order.
- Look through our How to's and tips knowledge base: there you will find guides on how to make the most out of our best-selling products. Sometimes it only takes a small change in the way a product is used to achieve a more successful result.
